The study team have created a prototype of an ADHD psychoeducation 'magazine' for young people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The term 'magazine' is used as information is provided in the form of activities often found in children's magazines. The resource is aimed at primary school-aged children with ADHD. This study aims to improve the current prototype of the psychoeducation magazine by adopting a co-design methodology (that is, to design the magazine with the young people, for the young people with input from key stakeholders: parents/guardians). A psychoeducation magazine is a magazine that educates an individual about a specific condition (e.g. ADHD). Information may include what ADHD stands for, what it means, how to explain the diagnosis to friends and family etc.
